Returns
At Curious Dragon Designs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, and cover any return postage.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns if:

You contact us within 1/10 days of delivery;

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging;

Tags are still attached; and
-
You provide proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Note: We cannot accept returns for worn clothing, used drinkware, or personalised/custom-made items unless faulty.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or colour (subject to stock).
Customers cover postage for both the return and replacement.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within [3–5 business days] once your return is received and approved.
You’ll be notified by email when your refund is complete.
